PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia or ASKRINDO, protects the Mandalika Circuit with Civil Engineering Completed Risk (CECR) Insurance.
CECR insurance is a protection for operating business assets, especially infrastructure assets and transportation assets such as roads, bridges, docks, airport runways and dams, against the risk of loss/damage due to fire, aircraft crashes and/or impacts from equipment falling from aircraft, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, floods and landslides.
ASKRINDO Mataram Area Head, Slamet Ermayudi said, this CECR insurance protection is very important, as well as strengthening the readiness of the Mandalika Circuit in welcoming various international sporting events. This is in line with the increasingly shining Mandalika Circuit on the global stage, as well as being a major destination for sport tourism in Indonesia.
“This CECR insurance provides protection for managers of insured objects against the risk of financial loss that arises if a risk that is guaranteed in the policy occurs. The Mandalika Circuit is located in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK) of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province, and is one of the Super Priority Destinations (DSP) in Indonesia. Currently, the Mandalika Circuit is managed by the Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) which is part of the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a BUMN ecosystem engaged in the development and management of the Nusa Dua tourism area, Bali and the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK), Lombok.
