Team Webmaster : Three internet network installation technician workers experienced an incident of being stung by electricity in the Kahayan Market area or precisely in front of Jalan Mendawai IV, Palangka Village, Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, Friday (20/9).
Based on information gathered at the scene, the incident began when the three technicians were trying to set up a pole for the installation of the internet network.
However, when the pole erection process takes place, suddenly the pole is suspected of getting electricity from the electric transformer cable next to it. As a result, all three were struck by electric current from the cable.
One co-worker who declined to give his name revealed that it was from a company engaged in the internet network.
“So at that time, these three technicians were trying to erect an optical cable pole. I don’t know what it looks like, it looks like the pole was snatched from the flow of the transformer that was next to it,” he said at the scene.
At that time the victims wanted to do the installation of optical cables in the area. First they want to install poles. “The third position was at the bottom because they wanted to erect the pole. Even though the pole does not touch the cable from the transformer, but instead struck by electricity, ” he said.
Meanwhile, after the incident the three victims were immediately rushed to Doris Sylvanus hospital to get first medical aid. (
