The German company Gigaset which is known mainly for its wireless phones, today announced the launch of the Tablet PC product line. Both models have announced aluminium enclosures and run on Android 2.2, but are designed for different buyers. The first model, QV1030, is the flagship and got a quad-core processor and Tegra 4 with a frequency of 1.8 Ghz, 10 inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, 16 GB of Flash memory (expandable microSD memory cards) and two camera: 8 MP primary and 1.2 MP front.

The second novelty, QV830, is aimed at the budget end of the market, its characteristics and therefore relevant: MediaTek quad-core processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz, 8-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, 8 GB memory, 5 MP camera: PaKa and 1.2 MP.
